1. Overview
Coaching programs provide access to scheduled sessions and related support materials. Because sessions involve reserved staff time at 233–237 Lambton Quay, refunds are limited after services begin. Review program details on our Programs page before purchase.
2. Cooling-Off Period
If you purchase a program online or remotely without attending a session, you may cancel within seven calendar days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been used. Notify us at welcome@rinsingenervital.world with your purchase reference and the date of transaction.
Cooling-off applies to unused programs only. Attending even one scheduled session voids the full-refund cooling-off right unless otherwise required by law.
3. Unused Sessions
After the cooling-off period, unused sessions may convert to studio credit at our discretion. Credit equals the per-session value of your package multiplied by remaining sessions, minus a ten percent administrative fee. Credits expire twelve months from issue date and are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Used Sessions
Sessions already delivered are non-refundable. Partial completion does not entitle you to a cash refund for completed portions except where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5. Rescheduling
Reschedule at least twenty-four hours before your appointment without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit that session credit unless we agree otherwise due to documented emergencies at our discretion.

6. Program Pauses
Each program block includes one pause up to fourteen consecutive days for travel or illness notification. Pauses extend the expiry date by the paused duration. Additional pauses may be granted as credit-only arrangements.
7. Studio Cancellation
If we cancel due to facility issues or coach illness, we rebook at no charge or restore session credits. We are not responsible for indirect costs such as travel expenses.
8. Transferability
Programs are personal and non-transferable unless we approve a written transfer to another client before sessions begin. A transfer fee may apply.
9. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where services are supplied to consumers in New Zealand. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and fit for disclosed purposes.
10. How to Request a Refund or Credit
Email welcome@rinsingenervital.world or call +64 4 922 0600 with your name, purchase date, program type, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to relevant New Zealand dispute resolution schemes.
